DC NOW WATER BAPTISM SIGN UP

Please note a sign up form must be submitted for students to participate in the Baptisms at any DC NOW event. Participants must be 8 years or older.

A parent or guardian must be present for all elementary or middle school students.

Parent or guardian consent is required for high school students.
